Wellness at 国产探花

国产探花 is committed to establishing a work environment that promotes healthy lifestyles, decreases the risk of disease, and enhances the quality of our employees' lives.

Wellness is the process of being aware of and actively working toward better physical, financial, emotional, spiritual, social, and intellectual health and well-being. 国产探花 values healthy community members!

Through communication, encouragement, health promotion, educational programming, and various fitness offerings, we hope to create a community that supports the overall health and well-being of faculty and staff.

Examples of past programs and initiatives offered through Live More 国产探花, in partnership with MVP, include Drink 8 to Hydrate; No Gain, Maintain; the Penny Counter Challenge; Minutes in Motion; and the Gratitude Challenge.

Upcoming for spring 2025:

  • Moving in Mindfulness Challenge, Jan. 27 - Feb. 23: 鈥孴his is a four-week wellness program intended to showcase the interconnectedness of physical and mental well-being by motivating participants to get active while practicing mindfulness. Participants will engage in activities that incorporate movement and mindfulness with the goal of improving physical fitness and establishing a consistent mindfulness practice.
